I had my car’s shocker replaced through GoMechanic with the Order ID: [protected]. Within just two days of the service, the vehicle started making noise again, indicating poor workmanship or possibly substandard parts used.
I raised a complaint and was assigned an escalation ID: E[protected]. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurance of a callback from the escalation team, there has been absolutely no response. I even contacted their customer care helpline, but there has been no action or communication from their end till date.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and it shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. I am now left with a car that still has issues and no clarity on whether genuine parts were used during the service.
Resolution Sought:
Immediate inspection and resolution of the issue
Replacement of faulty part if required or refund the whole amount (INR 31969).
Confirmation on whether genuine spare parts were used.
Formal apology and assurance of service quality in future.
