I have cancelled my order but the refund has not been initiated for 1 month.

As per your policy, it should happen within 3-4 working days. I also tried to reach out to your customer care many times and every time getting a reply that it will be processed within 3-4 working days.
They kept my order on hold for more than 15 days when I reached out to them they are saying this can not be processed then I cancelled my order Was this information helpful? |
