I have ordered 2 products with 2 different order numbers, not only was BOTH items never sent. They also are not refunding inspite of mentioning only 3 to 4 days delay in case of refund. Ordered on dec31st 2022 .

They keep lying constantly anytime you are able to connect to customer care which is very hard as it is always busy.
