I had scheduled standard service for my car through GOMECHANIC app on 15 April. I received a confirmation link, through which I was required to pay Rs. 100 to confirm the next day (16 April) with the workshop. I paid and got the confirmation. I also received the quotation of Rs. 3549 (Rs. 3500 + surcharge Rs.49). However, next day after the service was done, the invoice that I got showed Rs. 3883 for standard service. There was also no mention of the Rs. 100 paid as advance. I had to pay the final amount to release my car, so I did so. Thereafter, I raised a complaint on phone and WhatsApp but each time the response has been negative and the representative on the call is just is not willing to explain the difference. All I want is the refund of Rs. 424/-
