Gomechanic — Took money but not change my vehicle parts so its engine got break down

Dear GoMechanic Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous attempts to contact you regarding my complaint. I have called the registered number ([protected]) several times and have not received a positive response from your team. When I have spoken with an executive, they have informed me that my issue has been highlighted to the senior department and that I would receive a call back. However, I have not yet received a solution regarding my complaint. I understand that you are likely busy, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my complaint and when I can expect to receive a resolution.
My Complaint is that I gave my Car for the service and also for other works to the gomechanic app and they took my Car to Unnati Automobiles Shop on 29 Nov 2022, my order id is[protected] and the bill has been attached to this mail. In This i have paid them for Replacement of Engine oil and Oil Filter, even though they have mentioned it in the bill that these both are replaced. After using my vehicle for 1 month I felt like it was not running in good condition, so on 12 April 2023 again I booked a car service from GoMechanic as usually used to book it. This time the Go Mechanic team took my Car to Jai Baba Automobiles Workshop. There they proceeded with the Car Service procedure and they found that Its Oil filter and Engine Oil has not been changed from last[protected] Kms due to which Engine oil has become Greece and its oil filter has become as tar. He also shared with me photos of the Oil Filter and the same I have attached to this mail. They also told me that Your engine has got Damaged and any time it may get Breakdown. They also said if I want this to be done there is an expense of 1 Lakh Rupees. From That day onwards I was trying to lodge a complaint against this but no positive response from the go mechanic team. As of today my Car Engine got Damaged and my Car is not in a working Condition. Kindly look into this matter and Repair my car as it's not my fault in any scenario. I have paid for all the work done and I have serviced my vehicle on time.

If I will not get the appropriate solution then I have to move to the Consumer Complaint Platform and also I will lodge a Complaint and file a case against the Go Mechanic Team.
