Good Health Tpa Services — good health tpa services i have sent the doctor letter they are saying they didn't get them

From surat it's already been two months and twice i have posted the documents they need they are putting it in query and they are saying they did not get the letter which i have personally posted and they got other documents and there is no reply so that we can know the status of the claim. The customer service is very bad and they aren't forwarding the calls to senior.
Even after posting letter from doctor they are claiming that they haven't got the letter and put the claim in query and how would we know that the claim is in query there is no reply or answer from company to know
