From surat it's already been two months and twice i have posted the documents they need they are putting it in query and they are saying they did not get the letter which i have personally posted and they got other documents and there is no reply so that we can know the status of the claim. The customer service is very bad and they aren't forwarding the calls to senior.

Dear Team, My wife Mrs. Geeta Ashok Yeligeti operated in Bombay Hospital for L1-L2 under Dr. Kulkarni- Well known spine surgeon. Total operation estimate was around Rs.3.00 lacs. We have send this estimate to Good Health TPA Limited (GHPL) for cashless claim, but they gave approval for Rs. 1.65 lacs. When we have submitted final bill on discharge, they have not gave further enhancement, but they put an query for hospital treatment papers...
