A biggest fraud people including mr. Ramesh kumar ([protected]) and his workers. We asked them to come and repair our washing machine (Door wasnt opening). The technician said the timer itself got spoilt. He brought a replacement supposedly a new one but hurriedly fitted it without showing us. Showed us some other component saying its our old one and when we know that it isnt, as we have photo evidence of the same. Charged us rs. 5200 approx. Ramesh kumar doesnt take our calls and whenever he does says he is trying to arrange for a call back from technical team. Biggest fraud people. We are going to file a case against them. Never use them!!!
I called the pune service center no mentioned on the bill ([protected] / [protected]) and then he listened to me and cut the call. When i am calling again, he lifts recognizes my voice and cuts the call! Was this information helpful? |
