I was having noise issue in my washing machine. called videocon customer care and it was assigned to goodluck service center. After their service a am getting new sound in the washing machine and they are not receiving the calss. i have paid 4500 for their service.
while testing he asked for more load and that noise was not coming. later when i was washing with normal load a different sound is coming.

This company has said they are authorized daikin dealers and they have servicing centers at kukatpally, himayathnagar, lbnagar which are located in hyderabad and they got to my place and repaired the ac they installed some duplicate parts and charged me arround 4500rs and the ac stopped working from the next day and till date its been almost 20 days no one from the company had attended to my problem i called the 100 number of times this is a big fraud going on on the name of this service center good luck service center and they all are from mumbai.

It's a fraud and fake company. Kindly don't take their services. They contacted us as authorised whirlpool service provider. Visited our home and replaced motor and pcb board of washing machine and charged 6000/- for the same.

Just in a month, machine stopped working. We called them again, now all no's have been changed. No one is responding on toll-free number.

Whirlpool service technician came and informed us that he has replaced all good parts with local products and charged 6000/- for 600/- parts.

This is a fraud company, took machine and kept extending the day. 1 month up and they are yet repairing it. They have absolutely no remorse on delaying or when we complaint or call them. No one should ever call them for services. They should be arrested. I call them almost 2-3 times daily yet they do not install back the machine. Do not even provide an update on the status. Sometimes when i get frustrated and ask them to give the machine back on what so ever condition that also they will not do.

Goodluck service center based out of mumbai came to fix our washing machine and sold us an amc with a promise to service and repair any further damages free of cost. Machine broke down again in 5 months. We have been following up with the company since then. They do not respond and keep delaying our calls and giving us future dates to come and fix the machine. Later on searching online, i found that people have commented that company is a fraud. Kindly help us get our money back or atleast penalize the fraudulent company and take necessary actions against the owners.

One of the biggest fraud company i wanted lg service center person but this people came and said thermostat needed to replaceaced and charged total 3150 along with service charge. Whale they were working they did something in which now bulb in fridge is not working. He was called immediately but he sid will do it tomorrow but that tomorrow never came it is almost 18 days and i called at lest 20 times every time they promise to come but never came to do servicing of bulb also thermostat is not cooling properly.

A biggest fraud people including mr. Ramesh kumar ([protected]) and his workers. We asked them to come and repair our washing machine (Door wasnt opening). The technician said the timer itself got spoilt. He brought a replacement supposedly a new one but hurriedly fitted it without showing us. Showed us some other component saying its our old one and when we know that it isnt, as we have photo evidence of the same. Charged us rs. 5200 approx. Ramesh kumar doesnt take our calls and whenever he does says he is trying to arrange for a call back from technical team. Biggest fraud people. We are going to file a case against them. Never use them!!!
I called the pune service center no mentioned on the bill ([protected] / [protected]) and then he listened to me and cut the call. When i am calling again, he lifts recognizes my voice and cuts the call!

I had logged a complaint for my whirlpool mastermind fridge over cooling issue.
A person from this service center came and replaced a part worth rs. 1800, claiming the existing part was faulty. I said, i will keep this under observation. After 2 days also issue remainsstand still.

I dialed numerous time to these guys but only fake promises has been received. No engineer visited there after. I am really frustrated following up with these guys.

When i complained for the non cooling of my double door 475l samsung refrigerator to panasonic center an authorized service center for samsung refrigerator on phone number [protected] a technician came and said condenser has to be changed and charge will be rs3200.00when i agreed he took out a so-called condenser from his junk bag cut it and tried to join the wires with the parts of condenser from my fridge. I protested and after talking to the service center he replaced with the so-called new one and left with a receipt no.292 of good luck service center with the phone number.[protected] and[protected]. After nearly 24hours the things kept in the door are not cooling. When i complained they are not attending to my complaint and asking me to contact different people. I spoke to the technician who attended but he has not come yet and trying to avoid. His cell number [protected]. These people are fooling the people with faulty and spurious parts.
