Orderd a cake for a delivery in kerala on the 16th. Cake wasn’t delivered but money was taken. Promised a refund but it’s been a month and haven’t received a refund. Tried calling and texting on whatsapp, but they have been ignoring all calls and texts. No information was given as to why the delivery didn’t take place.
