On August 26th, 2016 I placed an order to deliver cake and flowers which costs Rs.1250 and the website failed to deliver it and said from their side to refund my money so I coperated but Its been 3 months the owner is lingering with me saying they have refunded but due to durga puja and occasions its not credited.When I ask him to send me the transactions details he didnt show me till today (always says I will send the mail tommorow).This is a fraud website they promise to refund the money If they dont deliver but they dont.Kindly take action n help me to get my money back.Thank You.

They Deliver wrong / incomplete order also never refund money.
They promise of refunding money but neither reply your mail nor refund money.
They always make excuses. Highly Unprofessional !!!
