Goodrich Packers And Movers — Doing big fraud in India

Please take action against GOODRICH Packers & Movers against the Mental Harassment and Household items damaged claims and B2B GST Invoiced not issued and Misbehavior with misleading approached,

I have faced the Mental Harassment from Goodrich Packers and Movers in group of other fake management Packers and Movers Namely: Pragati Packers and Movers Located in Navi Mumbai Maharashtra and Durga Packers and Movers Bengaluru Karnataka all this three companies are cheaters.

I have followed up with Mr. Suraj Agarwal running operation of GOODRICH PACKERS AND MOVERS regarding all the Problems but still the mentality toucher is increased.

I have approved the quotation on 05th May 2025 for Good Packing, Loading from Palghar Maharashtra House on 08th May 2025 And Un-Loading with Fixing of Dismantle items like Beds, Sofa Set and Dinning Table, On 08th May 2025 Goodrich Packers and Movers Sub Vendor Pragati Cargo Packers & Movers Team reached my Palghar House to Execute the Contract work at around morning 10:00 Am but I was shocked when I have seen the size of Vehicle is 10-12 feet where the House Hold items required 14-17 feet Vehicle, I have requested them to replace the vehicle because they have came from Navi Mumbai warehouse which is too far and also coordinate with Goodrich team but all of them told after packing they will move Household items in Multiple trips or arrange different Vechile but till Night 11:00 pm of 08 may 2025 no additional vechile is arranged and they have did the activities like to arrange in single vehicle.

1. Dining table dismantle which is not required,
2. Dismantle Tea pie and Push Fill the Vechile like Garbage after doing this the House Hold items is still 3 feet Outside and when I have object them they told now nothing can be done we will shift the material in other vehicles which is standing 15 km from our location and then it will Move to Big Vechile for Mumbai to Bengaluru Route, I am helpless and permitted to Go.

When I have reached Bengaluru but My Household items is not reached due to Mr. Suraj is Hold the all items for Balance Payment Clearance, then finally I have paid all payments including GST payments but still they have delayed and released the 75 items out off 101 on date: 14 may 2025 @ 12:30 PM, when I have requested for remaining items and fixing of dismentaled items the labour told they will be doing the activities after lunch and promised to bring remaining items.

Finally GOODRICH Sent the 24 items out of 26 items on 16 May 2025 via Porter and Porter drivers was demanding for payment but I refused to pay because all payments is paid to GOODRICH Accounts.

The remaining two items were pending in the Inverter 150ah Battery and my son's cycle after doing so many follow-ups and repeat requests since 16 May 2025 finally I got the balance items today 29 may 2025 @ 08:30 PM via Porter Fake Bookings means my Receiver Information is not shared with porter apps during booking and when the driver is reached my location and he is called to sender from Durga Packers and Movers to the receiver details then that sender is shared my number and after delivery I got shoked that porter driver is asking payments of Rs. 1000/- I have argued with driver that I don't have any information regarding the items delivery and there is booking information from Porter platform then how I can pay the same but when porter called to sender he faced the problems like sender not ready to do payment and not responding to calls.

Finally I have paid that amount because due to this kind of fraud company why the driver is to face the problems.

I have Paid the all Amount to Goodrich Packers and Movers as follows.

1. Rs. 30000/- Advance during Loading from Palghar.
2. Rs. 30000/- Against Unloading and Unpack and Fixing of Dismantle items but Mr. Suraj holds the Household items and collects the Money forcefully.
3. Rs. 10800/- GST
4. Rs. 5000/- Insurance Amount
5. Total Amount Paid 75800/-

Apart from above payments I have again' invested for damages and rectification Rs. 10000/-
