Product missing and extra amount claimed

It was the worst experience ever. They are unprofessional and rude. They committed a date and later said that they have never committed a date ( which I had a proof of). Till they receive the payment, they will call and message continuously, but once the payment is done they will be silent. Even if we call, they won't pick up, neither reply to the messages.It is completely a fraud company, they take a lot of extra amount from the customers on various pretexts and after that they do not listen to those customers and do not return the money. And do not keep any contact with the customers.

Lost expensive Goods and Damaged all goods

People pretended very professional initially and once goods went out from the house, they demand for more money. Goods reached my home after a month. They are very irresponsible. All my goods are damaged. When I called, they said why are you worrying, you have the insurance and then they didn't pick the calls. I ever met this kind of cheating people before.

Totally unprofessional, unreliable, Badly broken all our furniture, took 40 days to deliver the shipment from Bangalore to Lucknow. Our shipments sent together for two different cities were mixed up, and landed at wrong places. We had to pay more than double of the quoted amount, without paying that money they were not releasing our shipment. No commitment, not provided any bill/receipt, complete scam and fraud company

They are the worst people I ever spoke to. They demanded more amount once the goods are sent from our home. Lost many items (clothes, gym equipment, badminton racquets, etc. ), and even a single item reached without damage. All my items washing machine, refrigerator, double cot, and dressing table are damaged. I have paid for insurance also extra. They did not give the receipt for it. They said, it will be from our company and in the end, they did not pick up the calls and it was a fire fighting. There responded absolutely rudely. They said they will pay 5k if I remove the review. I did not accept it. I don't want any other people to lose their goods and money. It is foolish if anyone books these packers.

Good rich packers and movers a lier logistics company.
Beware of the calls from the owner and other partner from this company. They will give high promises but once you get fall in their trap then they start playing their dirty tricks/ game. After promising low charges once your goods uploaded and send to godown after then they will start forcing you to pay extra money also the Weight measurements are not at all correct and infact they do something wrong with the machine giving high weights then actual. Intially they will talk with soft voices and once you fall in trap then they will start speaking like they are underworld people. Warning you all not to fall in this company all the reviews in their and other sites are fake and mostly are from their own people.

This is to inform that the Goodrich Packers And Movers had delivered our items form Bangalore to sirsi. Most of the items are damaged like TV, Sound systems and also the delivery was very late

Dear sir/Madam,
My house hold goods transferred from Bangalore to Nellore, Andhra by "GoodRich Packers and Movers".
All my goods ( Fritz, dressing table, double cot, diwani cot, alamara, washing machine) damaged and my 2 badminton rockets missed.
I've paid for insurance amount, they didn't give the insurance receipt also. After the goods packed, they demanded for more amount. I've completed whatsapp chat conservation happened. How they cheated.
Now when I call for insurance, they are not lifting the phone even. I've the history for how many times I called then each day.
Please help on this issue.
