Goodyear — manufacturing default in tyre

Recently i have purchased ciaz car on 14th oct from kataria automobiles ahmedabad. After running of 1000 kms my tyre punctured and when it was checked we found tyre had manufacturing defaults and can't be used further.

While complained in goodyear they simply rejected by saying some sharp object damaged tyre and we can't do anything.

Price of same tyre at their dealership is[protected] but at maruti workshop it is 7000. Now maruti if offering goodwill gesture and giving new tyre at 75% discount on 7000 price.

I have the same complaint after 2100 kms one of my tyre got a puncture and the Goodyear rejected the warranty and says that a "External impact damage on side wall, reject."
