Google — Android system webview does not working.

Android system webview does not working in moto g4 plus mobile . I try many ways but android system webview does not enabled. Because of this problem online transactions is not completed in my mobile. I tried many times i use paytm and other apps but online payment is not done.please solve my problem fast so i done online payments.
