Sub:On Account of over 30000 USD amount held and account suspended This is in regards to Adsense account that was blocked with publisher id ca-pub-[protected] email associated [protected]@gmail.com in month of Aug 2014 We hereby want to try last before we work on civil litigation/legal notices and publishing the same to social media/forums on the injustice we have faced from Google as it has held our amount without any warning. We call upon Google finally to refund rightfully owed amount in 15 days failing which we will formally issue legal suit /actions etc which may be rightful in the eyes of law both in Indian and our US company counterparts in United States We will proceed and work on with consumer court/Civil courts/National Consumer Courts/Media/press/Social Media/Company Registrars/Cyber Crime/Police etc to seek relief on the matter. Please note this is the final call to settle the matter amicably post the same will be handled by our attorneys and collection team on the matter. Reasons for the dispute by Suksh We did not get any warning email on the same and the same was deactivated without notice and all funds on the account which was over 24000 USD was held on the account and the account was also suspended. We simply got a computerized email.When we applied for appeal they said decision is final and they have reviewed the appeal and they will continue to keep the account disabled. The contention is following 1)First we did not run on properties without permissions of the sites and same has been run legitimately. 2)We never got any detailing on what went wrong except simple email stating that there has been violation 3)Even if the contention is right why would we not get payments for activity that ran on Owned and Operated sites like 100bestbuy.com 4)In case Google had a problem with the sites why it did not block the site as it used to do earlier rather than holding on the entire amount 5)The terms mentioned by Google looks like can change any time and later after the incident Google amended its T&C and now it asking us to comply to the same which is again unfair business practice 6)Google team never responds to any email meaning they are not interested to settle the matter or even hear the other party.Even after several calls/emails to Mr Rajat he never responded or agreed for a personal meeting with any of the authorities at Google Thanks, Shreyans Director Suksh Technology Pvt Ltd Email from Google Hello, This email is to alert you that your AdSense account was found to be non-compliant with our AdSense program policies and as a result, your AdSense account has been disabled.
