Google India / Tez — A transaction amount of INR 6000 that never reflected into my account. | |||
On 2nd November 2020, i was transacted INR 6000 from the merchant app GOOGLE PAY, with the transaction id[protected]. The amount never showed up into my bank account. I really needed the money as i was to deposit my exam registartion fees. I enquired the bank branch for the described amount, but they blame it on the merchant, which is quite legitimate. I would like to raise the complaint in light of some help. Was this information helpful? | |||
