Google India / Tez — about a transaction which is successful but payment is not transferred | |||
Hello, I have a complaint about a transaction of 10k which was done on 25th august whose status is successful but the recipient has not received any amount even after 35 days... I have raised dispute in transaction itself since i m not able to raise the dispute in setting - raise the dispute - cos it needs ref id but i have only google transaction id and upi transaction id... So pls look at the dispute n pls refund the amount. Google transaction id: cicagkd83rqpww Upi transaction:[protected] Pls do the needful as soon as possible... N refund the amount.
