On 20 th Oct, 2018 amount of Rs 750 has been debited automatically. The transaction ID is :[protected]/16. There is no any information for this deducted amount . i tried to contact customer care over phone and by email also but they are not responding to any of my mail or call.
Please sir credit the amount into my bank account as soon as possible.

Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had made a transaction from tez google pay app on 01/11/2018. But unfortunately transaction failed and my cash from account is debited not credited in receiver's account.
I request you to find the problem of transaction and return the amount back to my account ASAP.
