Google India / Tez — amount deducted from my bank account but not deposited to the receiver's account. | |||
Hello, A transaction was made on 5th of september through the google pay app using the upi method to pay for a merchant. The amount has been deducted from my account but has not been received by the merchant. I have raised a dispute but it has been more than a month since the transaction and still no reply on this. The banks are also not helping to resolve the issue though both the merchant and my bank is the same (Sbi). They claim its google pay's fault and we must check with them. I have also submitted feedback about the transaction to google pay twice but no reply until now. Was this information helpful? | |||
