[Resolved]  Google India / Tez — Amount is Debited but not credited in to merchant's account

I paid my electricity bill of amount 5910.85Rs/- on 04th June 2021.

I try to contact bank they told me transaction was done.

But money is not credited in to merchant's account . Not Refunded to my account.

Can anyone look in to this on priority ??
