Dear Sir,

I am Bidyadhar Kujur account holder in SBI Kansbahal have paid through google pay 4510.00 against CASHe loan on 17th march 2021, 10.35PM conformed and payment deduct my account.
But CASHe loan couldnt reflecting yet and contacted to google customer care replying we are a just mode of payment we cant do anything please contact to SBI branch.
I request refund my money and i have to pay for loan already...

Iam made an transaction on 6th march, the transaction amount was debited from my account and not credited to my receiver, after 3 days it shows the transaction is failed but not yet credited to my account...

I had initiated transaction from HDFC Bank Date of transaction -27/02/2021 Amount 2000/-
And on 04/03/2021- amount 10/-

Amount not credited to SBI Bank account

I am chasing from 1st January 21. With Google pay yet they have not responded to my problem. They are not ready to help. App is not working good. I am unable to raise dispute from app. Its saying please give three working day to NCPI .
Please help me with my refund....
