I have made a transaction in google pay to facebook ad account on 28th august for rs.300 it shows success and not reflected and not refunded till same (Payment ref no[protected] and on sept 23 rd same happen for rs.150 (Transaction id[protected] and today on sept 26th happend again for rs.200 (Ref id[protected].

And one more transaction of rs.601 to bharat gas showed failed but payment gone on 22nd sept 2020 (Ref[protected]

When i am trying to call on toll free number saying due to covid they are not working and suggesting help and settings, which also not working properly.

Please do the needful

    Here's how google's b2x partner tried to cheat/loot me.

    My device (Pixel 2) is over 2 years old, out of warranty, trouble free till date, never been diagnosed, opened or repaired by any technician.

    As i approached google support on 1st of september for a simple battery replacement, it was all about promises of helping me.

    I submitted my device by paying ₹500 inspection charges.

    12th of september, i get a mail from b2x. The issues they described were
    1. Battery drain issue
    2. Edge sensor failure
    Estimated cost of repair: ₹28000
    Discounted cost of repair for premium customers only: ₹16499.01

    I sensed something fishy. The edge sensors were perfectly alright.in fact, squeeze sensors were working on the 1st of september.

    I still cooperated with them by just asking for a battery replacement, not to bother about the edge sensors. Their reply was that partial repair was not possible under their policies as the service engineers diagnosis and decision on the repair was final.

    By the way, battery cost as listed on their site is ₹1472 inclusive of gst, exclusive of service charges. That is the reason why i submitted my device.

    From 12th of september till 15th of september i. E. Today, there have been 6 to and fro mails.

    I told them, i have a recorded video proof of the functioning squeeze sensors just before giving the device out for repair.

    After so much headache, finally tanmoy from google support revealed the fishy doings of b2x.

    In the mail, he said they were trying to give me a replacement device instead of a repair. They feel ₹16499 was the best possible and economical resolution.

    To what? A degraded battery! This is loot! This is cheating the customer!

    This comes out after so many days of escalating the issue.
    Simply cannot trust these guys.

    After contacting my fellow reddit mates, i found out i was not the only one.

    Third party repairs are more honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional.

      Best option is to go for a third party repair. Those guys are more honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional.

      I understand that you are dissatisfied with the estimation and want the team to only repair the camera. Also, you are unable to contact the B2X team and want a call back from them. I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing; however, I will help you with the best available details around it.

      I would like to inform you that the Engineers diagnosed the device thoroughly and found the issues with the USB, battery, camera, and physical damage on the display. Hence, the team initially shared the price estimation for Rs. 26473.31 for the repair. However, since you are one of the premium customers, we have offered a replacement device for Rs. 17499.01 with 90 days of warranty accordingly. Please be assured that the best possible resolution has been offered to you within the scope of support.

      As per the repair policies, we can only proceed with the complete repair so that you do not face any issue in the future. Unfortunately, we can not process the partial repair as the device won't be able to pass the quality checks post repair. The estimation email consists of the approval/rejection link. I request you to select your preference so that our service team can proceed further with the associated replacement of your phone.

      Additionally, the B2X team is not available on call, but you can contact them via WhatsApp for any clarification through +91-[protected]. Their hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, except national holidays.

        My phone being in warranty, the back camera stopped working. Since there is no google pixel service in hyderabad, it was shipped to b2x mumbai as advised by google, so t was sent on 8th march. And i got an estimate of 20, 000inr for repair! I declined it and told them to send it back, and they said due to corona pandemic the return was delayed for months!
        After many emails and chats with google they managed to send it back and at last after long waiting i received my phone on 18th july. When i opened the package, i was shocked to see that my display had white lines and the phone had become absolutely useless!
        I somehow managed 4 months without my phone while i was having online exams and classes by my college! My phone's display was working without any problem when i sent it to google and after i received it from google, in that condition, i was shocked and now my google pixel phone was spoiled by google and they haven't replied to any of my mails since i received my phone!

        After getting in touch with google executives, they said "the device may not be in the same condition and we cannot guarantee the smooth functioning of the device"
        Why was the device opened knowing the screen had a crack and opening would destroy the display which would cost a lot! Without asking the customer they opened the phone, damaged the display and gave a hefty bill, and now the phone is a useless piece of technology!
        Here google is not taking any responsibility for the damage done by them! This being their flagship device!
        Very bad & unprofessional way of traping customers.
        More over i sent it back again to them for repairing it and the bill was about 900 rupees more this time and with about more than 5000inr for just taxes they did not provide me an option to put my gst number!

        How can b2x not have that as an option? Or any reputable company?
        I fail to understand why this happened only to me! Or this is how b2x or google cheats their customer by opening their phone and damaging things with would give em profit?

        I sent it in for a camera problem and them damaging my display and sending it asking for a huge price for a 2017 model phone in 2020 is something to think about!

          Transaction of rs.7463.00 on 06.09.20 not yet credited to receiving ac after 6 days, though said amount debited from my account instantly, snapshots attached as ready refn.

          Initially it's showing to be resolved within 10.09.20 but it's still pending without any proper resolution.
          Therefore it needs to be either credited to receiving ac or credited back to my original payment account with immediate effect.

          Pl note and do the needful on urgent basis.

          It's still pending, not yet resolved. It's neither credited to receiving AC nor credited back to my original payment account. It's very much disappointing and disgusting too from Google pay team as no action and response received so far. It's seems Google pay team are sleeping over customer's issues

I attached sender & recipient's bank account statements. Customer care call me 6th day & told me to submit my account statement with balance.             I'm making bill payment to bajaj finance loan account then this payment is failed on 26 august2020.
            But my money is debited by google pay from sbi bank account.
            Then i'm raise the dispute 10days ago but there is no response.
            Google pay agent are is resolved my issue.
            So i request you please enquire my issues and proper taken a proper action against fraud.

                We are not getting support from g pay it has been 10 days the amount has left the senders account but not yet recieved. The complain has been maied to g pay by sender as well as by receiver.
                All the required document have been submitted. All the details given which were required and ask. We trust such things and wile any trouble we dont get help. Please look after it as a priority.

                    This is to inform you that i am an old user of google pay and do a lot of transaction through google pay, but recently my one payment has stuck on 31st August amount of Rs.800 towards mobile number [protected]([protected]@gmail.com). On the same day the amount Rs. 800 was credited in receipent's bank account for few second but suddenly the same amount deducted. And my transaction status is showing " Payment Processing". I have shared the screenshots of both my account and receipent's account many a times but team google pay saying that the transaction was successful and receipent's account should be credited with Amount of Rs.800 by 01.09.2020 but i am here attaching the evidence that no such amount has credited and no refund has been done from the end of Google pay. I am really very much disappointed with the responses from Google pay. It was an emergency transaction and i need that amount immediately. Please help me getting back my deducted amount of Rs.800.

                          I have gone through a very bad services from google pay. On 31st august i made a payment of rs.800 to a number [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) from my number [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com). The same amount deducted from my account but not yet credited to the recipient's account. Yesterday i raised a dispute ticket from google pay app but in reply they said that "your recipient should have a credit entry with “upi rrn# 891484” as found in the google pay app" but i would like to inform that amount rs.800 was credited to recipient's account for a moment and then suddenly deducted. I am attaching the current screenshot of my account and recipient's account. Its clearly visible that the same amount deducted and not yet refunded. Google pay team asked to wait for 3 days to settle the amount but it has been 4th day and deducted amount of rs.800 not yet credited neither in my (Sender) account nor in recipient's account. Its really annoying that my payment got stuck and team google is not helping me to resolve. I am very much disappointed with this third party payment app.
                          Please arrange to resolve and refund the amount of rs.800 immediately.

                          On 31st August i made a payment of Rs.800 through Google Pay app using email [protected]@gmail.com to another Google pay id([protected]@gmail.com), transaction id[protected]. The amount of Rs.800 debited from my account but in receipent's account the same amount of Rs.800 credited for a moment and instantly debited. While checking the transaction status in Google pay app, its showing 'Payment Processing '. I raised dispute ticket in google pay it has been 7 days but i have not yet received my money back nor the receipent's account has got a credit. Inspite of submitting supportive documents team google pay again demanding the same and saying its a problem of NPCI. Please help me getting back my money.

                                  Sir my self amarjeet singh having account no- [protected] in state bank of india, amritsar has transferred a sum of rs 10000 from google pay app to my friend whose account was there in punjab and sind bank.I have made eight attempts to transfer the money by google pay but not able to do so, further on eight attempt of transaction the transfer of rs 10000 was successful. The amount was deducted from sbi account no [protected] but it was successful. The amount was deducted from sbi account but it was not credited in the receiver account . I lodge the complain with state bank of india but they told that amount has transferred and the same was not credited to beneficiary account number.I lodge complain google pay requested that please help me to get my 10000/- rupees thanking you waiting for reply.

                                    Paid. Waiting for confirmation

                                    I payed my tneb electricity bill from my google pay account. The money was debited from my account and even after 3 days my bill is still unpaid and it shows waiting for confirmation in google pay.

                                    I have paid rs.3000 on 17th of march through rbl app via upi google pay still the money is not reflecting in my card. Google pay says it was proccesed we dono..
