1) i made a transaction from google pay on 01/07/2020 at 08:21pm of rs.199 from my google pay (Tez). The upi transaction id for transaction is cicagkcpj9mvqq and upi transaction i'd is[protected]. Transaction was failed and my amount was deducted from bank. I raise complaint in google pay customer support that case id is [[protected]] but still i didn't get my refund.

2) today[protected] i again chat with google pay customer agent (Transaction failed on[protected] and today is[protected] now they ensure me for wait till tuesday[protected].

On 10th June My google Pay A/C Money Has Been Deducted from HDFC Bank A/C But my Jio Phone No Did Not Recharge Still I did not get my refund please refund my money as soon as Possible.

I did transfer my friend account through tez application as on 24 July 2020, 01:58 pm and amount of 500 rupees deducted from bank account. But now i found that medical cases still due so please check my payment invoice and take necessary action.

My phone being in warranty, the back camera stopped working. Since there is no google pixel service in hyderabad, it was shipped to B2X Mumbai as advised by google, so t was sent on 8th March. And i got an estimate of 20, 000INR for repair! i declined it and told them to send it back, and they said due to corona pandemic the return was delayed for months!
After many emails and chats with google they managed to send it back and at last after long waiting i received my phone on 18th July. When i opened the package, i was shocked to see that my display had white lines and the phone had become absolutely useless!
i somehow managed 4 months without my phone while i was having online exams and classes by my college! My phone's display was working without any problem when i sent it to google and after i received it from google, in that condition, i was shocked and now my google pixel phone was spoiled by google and they haven't replied to any of my mails since i received my phone!

I forgot my email password. I gave recovery mail but didn't get an reply

Made payment at the hardware store with google pay, on 7/7/2020, at mumbai for account paint hardware, rupees 2140 deducted from my account but not credited to the receiver's account.
I request google pay to resolve at earliest, since we use it with so much beleif on google

Today morning i was paying payment for hip recharge through google pay. Two times rs.199 (Total rs.398) it failed and my cash has been deducted from my bank account. To get back this amount i called upon google pay contact numbers mentioned in google. These are the numbers. It seems to be fraud number operating from west bengal. Numbers are:- [protected] & [protected]. They guided me to get refund of money by following steps and told me to type desert code on payment section of google pay. I lost rs.4873 again to them. My state bank account is attached with my this google pay number [protected]. My bank account was having balance of rs.5990.06. Now i lost rs.398+4873=rs.5271. I called upon this number. I was not knowing hindi. So i lost rs.4873 to get refund of rs.398. Then i came to my cousins who knows hindi, then called upon this two numbers. Again they are trying to do the same.in between they were asking how much balance is in your account now? How much you have lost? Then they cut his call. We tried so many times. But he blocked my number. Again we called from my cousins number, he picked up the call. After a minute talk they disconnected by talking something in bengali. I am attaching all screen shots along with. Please do some immediate steps to tackle them, and get back my money sir. Otherwise they will again do same fraud with so many innocent people who don't know much about internet and technologies. Even i am not so educated. I am raising this complaint with help of my cousine. Waiting for favourable and quick actions against such people's sir.

08.07.2020 thieft in account thur this number [protected]

Google rear camera was working fine all these days(since 2017) but now after an update from Google( In January 2020), it has stopped working and crashing everytime I open it. It started with blurry picture (not able to focus), now tho it's completely gone. I'm not the only person with this issue. There are like thousands of people out there that are facing this issue. Google is not giving any statement on this at all. We have paid 45000 rupees.
I have warned them that I would give complaint against them but they said I can't do anything in India.

My 74 year old mom's bank card was scammed... All google,

I had made a payment of rs. 499/- on the 6th of july to flipkart using the payment app google pay. The payment was unsuccessful and the amount was deducted from my account.
After contacting flipkart they told me that they didn't receive any amount, google pay told me that they don't hold any amount and sbi said they cannot help with third party app transactions.in all these processes my amount is stuck and i can't find a way to receive a refund.

[protected] this gpay user fraudlt taken 5000 rupees from me in two trasaction first 2000 then 3000 google trasaction id for 3000 rupees is cicagkcz2rscxa andd for 2000 is cicagkczmp_heg. I want my money back please help me out that was my one month salary

I have transferred 15000/- rupees to Narasimulu on [protected] through Googlepay. The transaction status shown as completed, where as Mr. Narasimulu has not received money. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

My name is Puneet and i have purchased a new google developer account. i want to upload some paid apps and i trying to setup my merchant account and it is showing account in hold please contact. i have contacted 5-6 in 10 days. On every email i receive email as a reply email that your compaint will resolve in 2 Business days. There is no contact number for google play developer account. As i am doing contact from contact us link given by google. They are available are only chat and saying this is not there concern. Google is not resolving my issue even deducted Rs. 1900 from my account.

Hi team,
Today i done transaction of 35k via google pay by transferring money to receiver bank account. After making transaction i get to know that it will get credited by 7th july 2020 to receiver account. I have to buy something very urgently & because payment is stuck so i cannot do buy that. When i am checking status in google pay of my transaction it it showing that money is pending in holding account. Why it is in holding account??...
