On monday 10th august 2020 i have made a recharge of Rs. 74.00 to a BSNL number. Amount has already deducted from my account but still the number didn't recharged yet. From last 3 days i coordinate with google pay customer care executives. But they give me only assurance. Assurance is that after 3 days your case will be resolves. But today is the last day from the day of recharge. Now executives say that if not recharge done by today tomorrow you will contact with BSNL customer care. What is this ??? Is a kind of joke everytime happen with me ??? I want my refund aur complete the recharge.

Paid the tneb bill through gpay and the payment was failed, now amount is not been refunded to my account almost 10 days gone.

This is happening for the second time. Amount that i paid was debited from my account. But after the tick it shows as transaction failed.

Hi this is mohammed ibrahim from chennai. Today i fell down due to this gmail. This company is unsafe. This company selling our data's. I got many messages from strange company regarding job offers and lucky prize winner and many unwanted replies from strange people's how they got our email he is the one who is selling our datas. Please don't play like this you got good position and don't spoil the level and you know i spent many amount becoz of you why you're doing like this don't sell our data otherwise we protest against gmail and get our data back from you sold the person. I want my money give me my money back

In the name of refund google pay customercare has fraud with me

I, ve got my pixel 2xl screen cracked. So for getting this repaired ive been trying to contact b2x customer service which is said to be your service provider in india. I'm just relly wondering if the company does exist in india or not as i've mailed them twice seeking information regarding the repair of the screen each with a gap of 15 days and its been like a whole moth waiting for these guys to respond to my mail, and yet all my efforts gone in vain. If you guys are unable to do it just say no. No wonder why your sales have been low in india. Atleast i. M begging you with my hands folded change the service partner or setup your own. Hope you guys notice.

I payed my tneb electricity bill from my google pay account. The money was debited from my account and even after 3 days my bill is still unpaid and it shows waiting for confirmation in google pay.

I paid water utility bill on 23/07/2020 & 29/07/2020 but still phed rajasthan showing me due amount after adding late fees. Kindly refund my amount that i paid by google pay.

I haven't use or installed any app but suddenly this morning 04.08.2020 my only money 4200 has been deducted. We have to starve without the money and the money was only our remaining.

Charge for $49.99 to google*kayrichey that i didn't make nor authorize!!!

1) i made a transaction from google pay on 01/07/2020 at 08:21pm of rs.199 from my google pay (Tez). The upi transaction id for transaction is cicagkcpj9mvqq and upi transaction i'd is[protected]. Transaction was failed and my amount was deducted from bank. I raise complaint in google pay customer support that case id is [[protected]] but still i didn't get my refund.

2) today[protected] i again chat with google pay customer agent (Transaction failed on[protected] and today is[protected] now they ensure me for wait till tuesday[protected].

On 10th June My google Pay A/C Money Has Been Deducted from HDFC Bank A/C But my Jio Phone No Did Not Recharge Still I did not get my refund please refund my money as soon as Possible.

I did transfer my friend account through tez application as on 24 July 2020, 01:58 pm and amount of 500 rupees deducted from bank account. But now i found that medical cases still due so please check my payment invoice and take necessary action.

My phone being in warranty, the back camera stopped working. Since there is no google pixel service in hyderabad, it was shipped to B2X Mumbai as advised by google, so t was sent on 8th March. And i got an estimate of 20, 000INR for repair! i declined it and told them to send it back, and they said due to corona pandemic the return was delayed for months!
After many emails and chats with google they managed to send it back and at last after long waiting i received my phone on 18th July. When i opened the package, i was shocked to see that my display had white lines and the phone had become absolutely useless!
i somehow managed 4 months without my phone while i was having online exams and classes by my college! My phone's display was working without any problem when i sent it to google and after i received it from google, in that condition, i was shocked and now my google pixel phone was spoiled by google and they haven't replied to any of my mails since i received my phone!

I forgot my email password. I gave recovery mail but didn't get an reply
