This regarding a transaction made on january 15th through google pay. An amount of inr 2500 was transferred from my hdfc account using the google pay platform to dineout. The payment has been debited from my bank account but has not reached dineout. I had raised a dispute on google pay immediately. After waiting through their 3 working day sla, i did not get any intimation or response from them. After calling them on january 21, and insisting on a complaint number, they registered an internal ticket[protected]. The customer service agent quoted a law to me saying that they have no liability in this and that they are just a service gateway!
I still havent received any intimation on my transaction - hdfc claims it has left their gateway, google pay says it has left their gateway, but dineout claims they havent received it. So where has the money gone?

    Today i made a transaction of rs 800 through google pay app for the payment of electricity bill having account no. P15pd243294m amount is deducted from my bank account but the transaction is seems to be incomplete and electricity bill payment is not recieved by uhbvn department so pleases resolve my problem as soon as possoble for you

      On 19 nov. 2019 i sent 15, 000 from axis bank 5472 to hdfc bank through google pay but amount doesn't received yet. We are calling continuously on Google pay customers care no. But yet no action will be taken till now...
      We are continuously checking our and their accounts but it has no benefits...

          I try to recharge my tatasky account on 28.12.2019, amount debited from my bank account but recharge was unsuccessful. I made enquiry with tata sky customer care they confirms that the amount not received, after that i made dispute for this transaction and again i lodge complained through customer care service two times, but til now the amount was not refunded to my account

            Hello google team,

            This is bringing to google management notice, ro care india water purifier address showing in bangalore more than 100 places all address are fake and no service centers running whatever the address mentioned in google maps, completely fake address, we don't know how much money google has taken from ro care india and ro care india all address, edited someone else address, change there numbers and name, cheating others,

            1) how google team gives permission to ro care india to change others address in google map,

            2) without having physical address how google gives permission only ro care india to change the address or edit others address.

            In future public loosing trust by google maps.

              Sir/ ma'am i do my fees payment through google pay on 13 jan 2020 nearly at 9:20 am. The amount of rupees 3150 had been deducted from my bank account but not credited to the merchant hence my fees is not payed. The google transaction id is cicagkdu0omxbw and upi transaction id is[protected]. I call the sbi customer care but said this is third party app and contact to the site from where you do payment. So please resolve this issue. Last date for fees payment is 15/01/2020 and after that i have to pay fine. Please help me.

              Made an attempt of Payment of rupees 240, somehow failed on 24th Dec 2019
              As on date, amount has not been refunded and received back.
              Please look into this as your google get help service is pathetic which made me wait for almost 16 min to speak to your executive which eventually unsuccessful

                I tried to book tickets via irctc on 13th january 2020 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account

                  I was trying to book airasia flight tickets on 10th january 2020 using google pay (Rs 3250). But during the payment, as i was filling the details in google pay, the payment webpage got crashed. So the money got debited from my account but the tickets were not booked. Also in the airasia website confirmed that the tickets are cancelled.
                  So please resolve the issue and refund the money.

                    My transaction got failed 3 times on 29th dec 2019and amount of inr 5000, 10000, 5000 deducted, i called googple pay for help they said to wait 3 days then after 3 days they told me to wait for 7 days now its already 15 days passed and no body is helping, they said now to wait more 7 days... I am really worried about my money.. Google pay agent not helping at all asking to talk to manager they said he is not avaialble even not giving his senior management mail id... Please help

                          Hello
                          I tried purchasing an icon pack, "LineX Icon Pack" on the Google Play Store, for ₹80. After completing the net banking with Times of Money as the intermediate (third party), money was deducted from my account but the app wasn't made available to download. I made another attempt, but no avail. Kindly refund the ₹160 in my bank account, the transaction ID (Ref#) for the two separate ₹80 transactions are IGAHVBIGM4 and IGAHVBIMC2.

                            My money got deducted on 11th nov 2019 i already provided all the required information to google pay support. Every single time there response like "our nacl team will contact you" but didn't got any response not even my money it's almost two months i ask them to provide me escalation matrix so i can talk to there supervisor but didn't got any response there customer support is rude didn't respond properly.

                              I am being trying contacting google pay customer support number [protected] since last 3 days regarding my loss of money but no response from them. I am trying every day for about 5-6 times a day and waiting for 12-15 minuted for someone to receive the call from their team but no response from team, no callbacks received. I raised a dispute on the app, and have received an automated call, but occurred to be the same thing. I was on call for about 10 minutes and wasn't responded as well. It is just frustrating and irresponsible behavior of the organisation when they offer these many things and look after noon. I look forward for a call from the team

                                I did a transaction on december 19 on google bay.
                                That was failed.
                                They mentioned that money will refund within 3 days.
                                But i didn't get my money back till now.
                                Almost it had 10 days now.
                                I raise a dispute and send a feedback also. But no responses for that.
                                I'm disappointed with google pay service.
                                I want my money back immediately.

                                  I have self transferred rs 3000 from my sbi account to axis account. The transaction in google pay shows as successful and deposited in my axis bank account, but money has debited from my sbi but it was not credited in my axis account. Its been four days and there is no response from googlepay. Even i tried to contact customer support but no use.
