I have made a transaction of rs 2000 on 04 october 2019 on google pay. Here the problem is money debited from my bank central bank of india branch name panki kanpur account no [protected] but not credited in my son account name gaurav saxena bank state bank of india branch panki kanpur.
I have raised dispute against it on dated 23 october 2019 and as per them need to wait for 7 working days and now already more than 7 working day over...

I was transferring money from my account to another account on google pay. They deduct the money but the transaction was failed. I reported it but they said it will return to my account within 3-5 business days. But it had been more than one month i didn't get any single penny. Even i tried to call the customer care they were not responding to my calls. It's pathetic. Is it a secure application or what? It's 10, 000 ₹. I don't know why they're not responding. Kindly help me out with this situation.

I am unable to pay KSEB BILL via Google Pay whereas I am able to make other payments via Google Pay.

Why is it so?

    Have made a transaction of rs 7200 on 21 october 2019 on google pay. Here the problem is money debited from my bank account no *6125 but not credited in my freind account
    I have raised dispute against it on dated 29 october 2019 and as per them need to wait for 7 working days and now already more than 7 working day over but still no resolution and response come from your end.

      Sir,
      I tried transfer 1000 rupees to my fathers account on 22nd october 2019 through google pay.. The cash 1000 rupees debited my account but that cash is not credited to the reciever account.. I already send feedbacks to google pay many times.. I also made call to google pay customer care they take the call then they are not connecting the call to the customer care executive.. So many times i called to google pay customer care they are not rplying or connecting my call to customer care executive.. Its already 22 days are over. Sir i want my 1000 rupees cash.. Please help me..

      Only Got a rply from google pay. they said they will contact me on contact number. but i don't get any call from google pay. its already one month over, when my cash lost. now i want my cash with interest. i'm thinking about file a case against google pay in consumer board.

      I already registered a complaint in this website. I have lost my 1000 rs in october 22 on google pay app.. i send 1000 rs to my father account, the cash deducted from my account but that 1000 rs is not credited to my father account. I have already send many feedbacks in google pay. But they never replied. Its already 47 days over when my cash lost. Google pay is cheating their customers. I tried to call their customer care, they are not connecting the call to customare care expert.. google pay cheated me. Please help me to get my cash back.

        I have made a bill payment on 20th october 2019 from my google pay account. But it was not paid to the bsnl. The transaction ingoogle pay shows as bill payment as processing and the amount is debited from my bank account. But the due amount has been added to the next billing cycle. That is when i realized that the payment has not been done nor refunded to my account.

            Unanimously someone has created our business page and it is owned by someone else. How can you just let someone to open business page of someone else which they don't own it. Why don't you create some verification process before creating the page.

            It is literally impossible to contact google. We are a start-up and its impacting our business. People are leaving false comments unanimously and owner is responding we don't even know who the owner is?

            Can you look into the issue and get this page removed...

              I made a transaction on 6 november 19 via google pay the amount got deducted instantly but the receiver nor me got a money back.
              I want you to look into this matter and resolve the issue at earliest.
              The transaction is still showing as pending i have raised a dispute as well but till now i have not got my money.
              I tried contacting bank they informed me that it was a successful transaction from there end if money did not sent then connect to the upi vendor.
              I'm really disappointed with google pay service the support staff and the response i'm waiting from past 4 days to get my issue resolved.

                  I am trying money transfer on Google pay on 07th November 2019, time-11:25AM money has been deducted from my account but money not credit another account. I have complaint to Google pay many times and they said me to wait for 3 working days, now they are not responding to my complaints and they haven't take any action on my complaint.                     I tried to recharge an airtel prepaid mobile number on 1st november and selected a plan which costed 245rs. The money had been deducted immediately from my account. The payment reached the intermediary but the recharge had failed. It's been 8days and still i have not received any refund or response from them. It's written that any money deducted will be refunded within 3-5 business days but that has not been the case. I launched a complaint 2-3days ago but they have not updated the status and have not replied either. Instead of giving me a rangoli, they have deducted 245rs. Please look into the matter and give me a response. I've attached a receipt photograph along with the complaint status.

                    The company is returning the money after 10 days. In that time I've written about it on the app, on play store, and here. It was a small amount but I would've been doomed if it was some greater amount. Your best bet on such occasions would be to write on open social media platforms and bring the situation to their attention. Nobody picks up their helpline number and chat help is disabled

                      I had deposited 5k in a kins account on 8th nov, which had not yet been credited in the beneficiary account. I tried to transact give times and the transaction failed. Now for one of the attempts it shows processing the transaction by partner bank. The amount has been debited from my account, still not received on the other end. Sending the screenshot. Kindly resolve.

                        My transaction was successful but money did not transferred to receiver but debited in my account.

                        I tried to contact support team via call it takes more than 10 minutes reach them.

                        When i asked for email support "email id", they don't have it seems.

                        I was shocked, "google" such a huge firm can't arrange a email support.

                        Please escalate this to whomsoever and arrange the email support operations for customers involved in money.

                          I had made a transaction of rs. 850.38 on 8 september 2019, the amount has been debited by my bank account but not added in my hpcl phone application, i registered complaint regarding same, i already called the google pay customer care support to resolve my issue or refund my money, they always inform me that complaint has already been forwarded to specialist team wait for some more days, its already 60 days passed, nothing positive from their side, i frustrated this third time transaction issue from google pay.

                              On 6 november 2019, i have booked a ticket from bikaner to jaipur and paid the requisite amount and a confirmation email came to verify that my ticket is booked, but there was not the seat no. And later on ticket is cancelled and the amount has not yet came. Without my notice the ticket get cancelled and i left a important bus.
                              This is a serious issue and i want to complain. And want my right.. I have all proofs.

                                My number [protected], Benjamin here I went to a hotel and had lunch and as per the hotel norms they will accept payment through Gpay I had only 500 and sent the payment to the hotel Gpay upi method on 30/10/2019 the payment debited from my account and did not credited to the hotel gpay account. It showing as processing and will be credited to the receivers a account in 3 to 5 business days.. The hotel guy did not allow me until I pay the cash...it is more than 7 days now.. Still it is showing as processing... No response whatsoever... Please help me... I have added the image receipt with this complaint... Please check and credit the. Money to my account... Thanks..                                   I payed 2650 rs through google pe and it failed now i raised issue after 5 days and money is still not credited in my bank after raising issue i am getting this msg “hi! Your query with reference id [protected] pertaining to transaction id null has been raised successfully.” when will i get my money back and how many more days i have to wait to get my money back
