I tried to recharge an airtel prepaid mobile number on 1st november and selected a plan which costed 245rs. The money had been deducted immediately from my account. The payment reached the intermediary but the recharge had failed. It's been 8days and still i have not received any refund or response from them. It's written that any money deducted will be refunded within 3-5 business days but that has not been the case. I launched a complaint 2-3days ago but they have not updated the status and have not replied either. Instead of giving me a rangoli, they have deducted 245rs. Please look into the matter and give me a response. I've attached a receipt photograph along with the complaint status.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company is returning the money after 10 days. In that time I've written about it on the app, on play store, and here. It was a small amount but I would've been doomed if it was some greater amount. Your best bet on such occasions would be to write on open social media platforms and bring the situation to their attention. Nobody picks up their helpline number and chat help is disabled
