This is mohomed asan from bangalore, so the balance in my account was 3500 rs but when i checked my balance to withdraw from account it was showing - balance as -349 so please i am requesting to reimburse my amount back to my account and one more thing i am customer of google pay for last two years where i didn't find such issue but this is the first time where i am facing like this issue so please make sure to resolve...

Few days back i. E., on 18th september 2019 i noticed a mistake about wrong dates mentioned in the year 2020. Ganesh visarjan is shown on 1st september and according to hindu religion navratri comes after 16 days of ganesh visarjan. After 20 days of dussehra diwali comes which is mentioned on 14th november. I have tranfered money through google pay on 17/09/2019 but transaction is failed and amount is deducted from the account. status showing me money will be debited but money had already deducted from the account. Purchased pubg uc for rs 420, rs 79 and rs 79 and rs 79 respectively on 15 sep 2019.

I had a fradulent transaction In the name of PUR/GOOGLE *Glad Games/g.co/helppay as an ecom transaction from my debit card which was not authorized by me even no OTP was generated for the said transaction. I had lost 7000/-INR.
I want my money refunded as well not have such transactions in future.

I paid to ola money from google pay app on 30th july.. The transaction was failed on that day.. But the status in google pay app was processing. On 4 th aug it was showing paid. But ola money has given a mail stating they have not received the payment after checking the upi transaction id. After complaining to google pay they are saying they will give solution but now its more than one month i have not received the refund. Nor my ola money...
