I have done the jio recharge for rs,. 349/- on 10.09.19, transaction got failed, after 1/2hr but amount is debited from my account till date i have not received the refund inspite of continuous followup with the google pay, they are simply telling me that i will receive the refund in 3 working days our investigation team is working on the same, but it is almost 20 days have passed, but not getting proper revert & some how i have received the case ref no.[protected].
Requesting you to help me out to get my hard earned money back

on 20/06/2022 i have received the mail from [protected]@gmail.com, and morning i have received the call from him stating that he had received the complaint regarding this, so he his asking me to download the anydesk on my mobile & link the payment gateway, post which he is asking me to input all my bank related & transaction related details. if amount is debited then within 24hrs amount will get credited what is the meaning of this i have mot understood, inspite of sharing citi bank mail screenshot & also transaction details why i need to link my bank details with payment gateway that too using anydesk on my device. kindly clarify.
