    I have recharged my account with 349/- and the money got deducted but the recharge is not done and yet the money in not refunded to me. I raised a dispute 3 days ago but there is no response from the bank. I don't know what to do now. I contacted google pay but the i failed to connect to them. I request google pay to please act on my deduction and refund my money back as soon as possible.

      Amount deduct from my account but not receive for receiver from last 8 days.
      My transaction date 23/09/2019 still date 30/09/2019 not get any status from google pay. They not respond me correct.

      They already told me only 3 days problem will solve but yet not solve problem. When ask them about that they only give me ans wait we will update.

      Bad customer service.

        Dear team,

        I have done the jio recharge for rs,. 349/- on 10.09.19, transaction got failed, after 1/2hr but amount is debited from my account till date i have not received the refund inspite of continuous followup with the google pay, they are simply telling me that i will receive the refund in 3 working days our investigation team is working on the same, but it is almost 20 days have passed, but not getting proper revert & some how i have received the case ref no.[protected].
        Requesting you to help me out to get my hard earned money back

        on 20/06/2022 i have received the mail from [protected]@gmail.com, and morning i have received the call from him stating that he had received the complaint regarding this, so he his asking me to download the anydesk on my mobile & link the payment gateway, post which he is asking me to input all my bank related & transaction related details. if amount is debited then within 24hrs amount will get credited what is the meaning of this i have mot understood, inspite of sharing citi bank mail screenshot & also transaction details why i need to link my bank details with payment gateway that too using anydesk on my device. kindly clarify.

          I would like to share my problem which i am facing from 1st august 2019.
          I did one recharge of tata sky from my google account (Upi id - munjal. [protected]@oksbi) but unfortunately with some reasons from google pay amount got debited from my account no. ([protected]) but recharge was not successful. My upi transaction id of that recharge is[protected]. From the day one they are just making me fool. First they said you have to wait for 7 working days. Then they said we have accelerated to our billing desk department they will contact with you. Then i got mail on 16th august that you have to wait for 7 working days. Then again i got mail on 22nd august that you have to wait for 7 working days more. Then they contacted with me on 5th september that we credited the amount, if you have not received then please share your bank statement. Then i shared it on the same day. Then on 6th september i received mail that you have to wait for 7 more days. Then they again contacted me on 18th september that if you still have not received money then please again share bank statement upto till date. Again as per demand i shared and they told me to wait for next 7 working days, and now it's 30th september, and still i am waiting for my money.
          So it's my request to please look into this matter and resolve.

            Respected sir,

            I have paid amount of 900 rs to the shop keeper for helmet through the google pay. First i received a message that payment is failed
            Later status is changed to processing and on the 2nd day status is changed to “paid” and amount is deducted from my count.
            Now shop keeper is saying he did not received the money and he shares his bank statement.
            Kindly help.

                I have lost 63987 Rs today dated 23rd Sept 2019 as part of Online payment fraud (45987 Rs from Google Pay) and (18000 Rs from Paytm).
                I have received a call from Amazon Promotional offer team to buy a gift card worth 5000 and in which I will receive a cashback if payment done via Google pay to there promotional number, so I paid the amount [protected] which is showing as Amazon.in on Google Pay but then they started automatically deducted the amount and when i called they said that it will be refunded and in google pay number they can't send me the transaction which was deducted from my account, so they further asked me my Paytm account in which they asked me to do transaction of Rs 1500 and in that account they will send the money, but again from Paytm the money was deducted.Phone number from where fraud was made: [protected] (in which amount was transferred) and [protected] (from where I received the call).
                I immediately blocked my card and registered complaint with ICICI Bank (SR[protected] and then rushed to police station to lodge a complaint and where I wrote a letter to them and submitted the transaction details for further investigation.
                I am also attaching all the bank transaction copy which was also sent to Local police and along with it the letter written to them.I have also contacted Google Pay but they asked me to take up with the bank and also lodged complaint to Paytm[protected] in which they said they are aware of such fraud and will investigate for the amount lost via their portal.

                Please contact me [protected] for any further details and please help me to recover my money lost due to fraud.
                I will highly appreciate your help and investigation regarding this matter and hope to hear from you soon.

                  I recharged to my fathers mobile number and the amount was debited from my account but the recharge failed. And i closed my account in google pay and restored my account but the amount was not credited to my bank account. Always the money is debited and not refunding. I need my money back or else im gonna file a suit in court. It often happens to me. Worst ever experience from google pay always and completely bad service. I need my money to be redunded

                  I recharged 169 Airtel. did not recharge but money has been deducted from the bank. On the 20th I had recharged the money in my account yet.[protected]

                  On 13/sep/2019, 9.00 AM i received a message from my bank that transaction of INR 420 has done through your account. At that time i was sleeping when i wakeup i read the message . I also try to contact google customer service but their online system shows incorrect account number..

                    I had made a payment of rs. 440/- on september 14, 2019 and the money got deducted from my account. But the receiver didn't receive the money yet. I had raised a dispute after 3 days and it's showing as processing but no progress yet. It's been a week now. Still my money has not been credited back to my account nor the receiver has received it yet.

                      I mayur manohar mane made payment to parshuram suresh adagale from google pay as on dated 07.04.2019 of rs. 5000/- transaction id[protected] that time payment processing status on google pay.. I have made complaint to google pay as on dated 11.04.2019 after continuous follow up with google pay payment status updated by google pay payment failed as on 24.04.2019 but amount not return to my bank account.                         Few days back i. E., on 18th september 2019 i noticed a mistake about wrong dates mentioned in the year 2020. Ganesh visarjan is shown on 1st september and according to hindu religion navratri comes after 16 days of ganesh visarjan. After 20 days of dussehra diwali comes which is mentioned on 14th november. So, the mistake is in the dates of either ganesh chaturthi or navratri.

                            I rohit baradia living in raipur c. G 492001 was just studying on 16th of sept 2019 as daily practices suddenly around 15:18 text messages started coming on my phone
                            Rs. 7900 one time got debited in the name of itunes
                            Rs. 799 nine times got debited in the name of google
                            Rs. 420 four times got debited in the name of google

                            This was done within 5 minutes of the incident started time

                              I paid 5710 on RailYatri.in for my bus booking on 2 September Through Google pay app with upi payment method, but my booking got cancelled, payment was failed and amount was deducted. I contacted bus travels they informed that they have not received payment and informed to contact rail yatri . Next day i contacted them said that have made transaction through third party upi so please contact them as money is stuck with them. I reported this issue to google pay through call and their chat support too and waiting for their reply since last 16days. When i call them they just say that "we are escalated this issue to specialists team and it will take time" within three working days will be refunded. I thought google pay is trusty but they are just cheating. I am just waiting for my money, please help me to release it from their end so i could get it. Its really urgent.
                              I already contacted Google pay 10-12 times for this issue and one of them said that i would get my money. But still no action has been taken.

                                On jan 12 i have paid electricity bill of amount 680.. It is failed but the amount is debited from my account and not refunded till now.. Second time i paid the amount it was success but again money is debited from my account.. I have called many times regarding this issue & passed all the pdf of bank passbook. But till now no solution.. Pls refund the amount as soon as possible..

                                      I have tranfered money through google pay on 17/09/2019 but transaction is failed and amount is deducted from the account. status showing me money will be debited but money had already deducted from the account. I have called customer care they told me to wait for 3 days. what should i do. when would i get money back
