Made a transaction of rs 30, 000.00 from my google pay india/tez account on 28th, febrauary2019.
Its was an upi to upi amount transfer transaction.
The amount of 30, 000 rs. Was debited from my account immediately, but has not been credited to the recipient's bank account yet.
Since it is a large amount please look into the matter as soon as possible

    payment in processing from 2 days.. no reply on feedback

    Google pay number: [protected]

    It is not happening first time with me. Everytime its a big problem. My 4000 rupees are still in processing from last 2 days.
    There will be only 2 options, payment failed or paid. What is this 'processing'

    I don't get any problem in paytm.

    I send feedback again and again, but no reply....

    My transaction has failed during irctc ticket booking on 29 dec 2018 and my amount was deducted from my account.in my goole pay acount the status was pending. But its shocking for me that the status has shown success on 2/1/2019 but i made this transaction on 29/12/2018. I called several time in google pay and irctc but i couldn't receive the amount yet. When i called on irctc they told me that we have not received any amount by your side.
    So please refund my amount as soon as possible.
    Google pay always ensured me that you will receive the the amount in 4 working days. But now two has paased but amount not received.
    Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have an Gmail account '[protected]@gmail.com' and I forgot its password now when I tried to recover it, it's asking for recovery email address, I know the recovery email but the account is deleted, so chance left for me to recover it, kindly help me as soon as possible. I am going to register a complaint against it
    It shows a error message, that I couldn't able restore my account ehi6 I have already added on Google Pay.
    kindly assist me ASAP.
    it's an emergency for me.

      I tarnsferred money via upi, my account is in sbi from which i transferred rs 16000 which has been debited on 22nd feb'2019 but not yet received by benificiary. Very disaapointed as it has been 3 days now and i got no resposne from bank neither from upi. My transaction id[protected]. I transferred my amt to sbi bank. If the amount got deducted on the very same day then where my amt got transferred??

I have called so many time the customer care and sent my bank statement twice but till 2 near to come money not refunded.             Sir, i did send 16000 rs to my friend through google pay on 8th jan but he didn't get money yet.in app it shows that successful but he didn't get any money. I complaint in google pay many times but they told me that npci not responding us. It's been more than 1.5 months please help me with this. I had sent all asked document to google pay but not got any response. I am attaching all necessary screen shots. Please help me.

              I have transfer 10, 000 rupees transaction on 7th jan 2019 via google pay to my friend sbi account, amount debited in my account but my friend not received. I have raised the complaint and sended mail also, google pay asking both account statements i have submitted also, google pay customer service department and send so many emails. Always getting same response like we are escalate, checking, 7 more working days, how to collect my money.

                It's been 1.5 months since I am chasing Customer Care team but still the issue has not been resolved. I am highly disappointed. No update is provided with regard to my issue till the time I contact the team. Using UPI, I was adding money to my airtel wallet but the money did not reflect there and has been deducted from my bank account. I am mentally harassed now.

                18 December 2018 I send the amount 800rupees ..this transection fails..after two month delay the process kindly request my amount i have need..

                    My wife (Sajitha) transfer 12, 500/- transaction on 11/11/2018 via google pay to his cousin SBI account. Upto now amount was not credited to his account and cash debited from our hdfc account, not refunded yet

                    I already informed (many times) Google pay customer service department and send many emails. Always getting same response like we are escalate, checking, etc but no proper action.!!
                    How to get my money back?
                    We need to go consumer court? really fed up with your service.
                    Your immediate action will be highly appreciated

                      I paid my bill on google pay on 6 february at 9:25 am it is failed i agin try to pay bill at 10:37 am but again it fail and i pay 1844.31 rs 2 times so i wait for my money it is 3688.62 rs from the google pay app refund id raise but further action could not done so i again complain for it because i need money so i kindly request you to look in the matter and resolved it as soon as if possible

                        Buenos días, esta mañana revisando mi cuenta he visto numerosos pagos que no han sido efectuados por mi, me gustaría saber que debo hacer para el rembolso o devolución de mis fondos.
                        Los pagos son de los siguientes montos 0.95 euros, 46.59 euros múltiples pagos, con un importe total de 1341.38 euros.

                            I am facing problem with my sister gmail account and now she is using my account to seek help .Last night I changed the password but unfortunately i didn't remember. So, when i tried to retrieve my password it say's google will get back to you with in 3-5 business days. I wanted to access my account immediately or at least by the end of the day as i may get job notifications. Please help me and guide me. I can't just waste my time sitting here.                                 Last week i have transferred amount to my colleague, transaction through google pay and the upi id is [protected] and google transcation id cicagkdstpivlq the amount was 825 and it showed status of paid to the party but they did'nt placed my order but when i complained them they are saying that they did'nt receive any money for the order and i also send a feedback to google pay for that particular transaction but they haven't taken any step. I need my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I had a bad experience in last month 28 th march 2019, I send 5000 money to sbi account.the amount got debited from my account and it's not credited to beneficiary account..already I raised dispute..this is one month now.beneficiary person already gone and check with the bank..there is no money in passbook also..kindly help.

                                    I did a google pay transaction on 8th feb for rs 1375. The transaction has failed and money is not credited to receiver nor it is reversed to my bank account. I request you to please look into this issue. I have disputed but no reply. No support in terms of emails, chats, phone call etc. Please reply to me or call me to discuss.                                     I did a Google pay transaction for paying my BWSSB bill on 10th Jan 2019. The bill payment was failed and money was debited from my account.
                                    Even after repeated complaints, calls, I have not got the problem resolved.
                                    Google pay customer care asked for bank statement, I have even posted that too.
                                    Please help me out to solve the issue.
