Sir, My Is (P.SUMANTHCHOWDARY) Last 28-June-2018 I Buyed Google Pixel 2XL Mobile After Using It For 2 Months I Faced A Problem With Charging Pin slot and i contacted google team about the issuse they solved and sent my phone back after 2 months my phone speaker stopped working and i contacted google team about the issue and they ask me to send the device.and it was working fine after speaker issue and i don"t have any single issue.and i don"t know what they have done and they sent me RS:42000/ estimation cost and when i contacted them they are saying that phone in liquid state i asked them no need of repair send my phone back i recieve my mobile it was in dead condition and asked google team about issue they are asking me RS:42000/ repair to male my mobile to normal cost, the present cost of google pixel 2 XL is RS:39, 999/.they just wantedly make my mobile to get profit.plz help me sir

Today on 31st dec 2018 i purchased a google play ebook titled 'perpetual health 365 by douglas graham' for rupees 518 using net banking method. Rs. 518 have been debitted from my account to 'inb times of money limited'. However i'm unable to find the purchased book in the play book app. Only the sample is seen. This is very unfair. Please help. Lost 518 rs and still no book. What do i do over this? This is my 1st purchase from google play books.

Today i paid for my shopping transaction through google pay and the upi id is[protected] and transaction id cicagkdi7vnppw the amount was 533 and it showed status of paid to the party but they did'nt placed my order but when i complained them they are saying that they did'nt receive qny money for the order and i also send a feedback to google pay for that particular transaction but they haven't taken any step. When did this history of order is going to update.

My friend sent money to me rs 4500 through google tez on 19december but its not credited to my account its been 10 days. Its showing that its credited but in my bank statement its not. First it said it will take 3 days to send so i waited after 3 days and now how many days i want to wait for get this, it having so bad service i need this money urgently so i ask friend to send it urgent and see what i get?? I am an engineering student. Today i want to tell you about google play store. There are millions of apps on play store which are made by developers like me. Most of the developers are from india. For uploading apps to play store, the app developer needs to pay 25 $. Every developer pays this fee to upload apps. The google play store claims that one can earn money through their apps.
But from last year, the google is suspending thousands of accounts from play store. If any developer does a mistake, they will suspend the account. Actually, they do not suspend any account manually. It is done by their bots. These bots are not so accurate. So they can even suspend a 100% perfect account. Now, there are a lot of developers who are completely dependent on the play store. They earn a good amount from their apps. But google can suspend their account without even explaining the reason. The developer who has paid 25 $ and who has spent several nights to make those apps, has the full right to know the reason for the suspension. Also, the developer has full right to contact their customer support. But there is no way to contact them. We can appeal them through a form. But again this mail is replied by an automatic system. Every time they reply the same text. The developer should have the right to contact them directly by call or by chat. They are playing a very dirty game with our country. They think that in india no one will ask them for providing customer support. Even on their official websites, there is no way to contact them directly. They are making millions of dollars by using developers like us.
I request you to please send them a legal notice to add customer support in india. They should have a complaint office as well.

I purchased google pixel (2016 first model) for inr. 56999. The device stopped working in less than 2 years. Google informed to contact their 3rd party partner (Tvs electronics, koregaon park, pune). They are asking, inr. 22000 for repairs (Changing motherboard). The hardware (Motherboard) was faulty and now google is refusing to fix. No physical damage to device.
