payment done by google pay/ tez not received by airtel

I made my airtel landline / broadband bill via google pay/tez app on 28 oct 2018 till now it's not received by airtel. When i complained to google via bill desk they told issue is resolved on 2 nov 2018, but still airtel complaining that bill payment not credited to their account. Please put back my money i will take other way to pay them else resolve the issue immeditely....

money has been deducted but status shows pending for approval

I have booked a tatkal ticket for which my money from tez has been deducted. Also as per tez the transaction was successful. But while booking the page was errored out and now the status shows pending from bank end. What should i do? I have reconfirmed the transaction in tez which shows the status is complete. Please help. I have attached a screen shot of the transaction....

payment not credited to other account

I sent yesterday rs.5001 through google pay to another google tez account. I have checked my andrabank account balance amount debited from my account but not credited into his account.. Google pay transaction status is still at processing.. How can i get back my balance.. Orwhen will be it credited to his account? Please rectify this as soon as possible.....

amount not credited to my account

Hi a transaction amount of rs20000 has not been credited to my account. Upi transaction number is[protected], google pay transaction id iscicagkdcnleoaq.
This transac tion occured on saturday 3rd november but the amount was not credited to my account yet though the gpay status says payment successful.
Could you please address this asap. I was asked to wait fir 3 days and today is the 3rd day....

cash not yet transferred

I done trasaction of amount 5500 on 29 october to a sbi account named saravanan after these many days also the trascation is not sucessfull.I took a mini statement from the atm from both a/c the sender account and the receiver account..from the sender account the cash is gone bt the receiver didnt received yet..please make a solution for it ..itz not a small amount ....

money deducted but same not credited to receiving account

Hi My Money has been deducted from sending account but The receiver did not receive that . I dont know if you cant transfer the amount then why you are deducting and even if you are deducting then why you are not reverting that.
I called google customer care they said is SBI fault.
I called SBI they said its Googles fault

Please fix

Hi Team,

On 20 th Oct, 2018 amount of Rs 750 has been debited automatically. The transaction ID is :[protected]/16. There is no any information for this deducted amount . i tried to contact customer care over phone and by email also but they are not responding to any of my mail or call.

Please sir credit the amount into my bank account as soon as possible.

Hello my name sandesh sarkale today I tried to transfer money from my bank account to my friend bank account using Google Tez application. I was transferring 500/- from my account(Goggle Tez app) to his bank account using his bank details (account number & Ifsc code ).

After transaction it showed amount deducted from my account also it showed that it was received by recipient but when j ask my friend for confirmation he said...

regarding amount deducted from tez account number, but money not transferred

Dear team,

I transferred money to name: manjunath, account# [protected], ifsc code:bkid0008951, bank of india amount of 2000 rs and the upi transation id: ciccagkccjtpwnq on 8th october 2018, 7:45 pm using google application tez..

However, money is deducted from my bank account but the recipient not received the amount. It shows payment processing by partner bank and money deposited in receipeient bank...

money didn't get credited to recipient

Hello. A month back i sent 1500 to my friend using google pay but she didn’t receive it. The cash got debited from my account and it shows recieved in her account but the money didn’t get credited in her bank account. We even raised a dispute but it’s still under review. It’s been like three weeks and there’s still no response. Is this how you service your users? This is totally not cool. We expect response from your team. Please...

Booked Ticket on IRCTC using google pay amount debited INR 1270 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking.
