I have purchased the pixel 2 from croma on 26th nov, 2017. After a month i noticed some problems with the device. For this i registered a complaint with the google support. They picked the phone on jan 22nd 2018 from my office. Since then i am waiting for my phone to return. I have been paying out the installments without using the phone. If this is the service they are going to provide i want my money back. I spent rs61000 for this and i want my money back.

Hi, i made a payment of rs. 500 processing from two days through tez app but beneficiary did not received the money and the balance was deducted from my account. Tez app shows that the payment is in processing since 9 february, 2018 but it actually got deducted from my account and didn't reach the beneficiary. I request you to refund my amount.

I bought the phone 4 months ago, with a guarantee from the google seller that the phone would be replaced within 3-5 working days if it stopped working in warranty period. The phone had broken down two times. The first time the phone kept hanging and stopped working, they took 3-4 weeks instead of 7 days. This time the audio jack has abruptly stopped working. Their words were "it is a manufacturing defect" there will be a delay in and we can't replace the phone, we will try to fix it. They refuse to send someone to collect the phone for even the fixing at an appropriate time on a work day. The price of the phone has dropped severely since i bought the phone and they refuse to take it back or refund it. I would like to take action against this highly unethical behaviour and extortion by the company. It is extremely inconvenient.

Hi. I have been cheated by ex-google employer on google adsense. If he is ex employee of google how can he use company login credentials outside. He has showed his previous works and clients list on google adsense account and made me to fall in a trap of establishing tie+ups with clients and to generate business for our company. Only because of his work on google adsense account and bank transactions, we have invested in his project. But later we realized he had cheated many people showing the same things. I came to know about attached article recently after investing around 90k but sad news is that still he has shown google adsense account only. I don't know what to do but surely i believe it's google responsibility to freeze or stop the accounts of your ex employees company's logins or to prevent it from using outside google.. Looking for an answer... Not only me.. Many individual web designers falls into this trap. Planning to file a petition on this... Similarly bank accounts too. His bank accounts got freezed but other bank has given account how could give simply like dat..

I have made a transaction through tez (Google payments app) of ₹3700 on 6th nov 2017, there is no use even after contacting tez customer care atleast 25 times and also filing a complaint with bank. Refund my money asap.

They disable my account without any genuine reason, and now not crediting my balance which is approx 60-70 dollar.
This is mine almost 3 month earning and now they disable my account permanently. I linked my all 7 android app with this account now they fk everything.
This much of rudeness is not good, may be this can be a small amount but for someone this can be huge.

I have purchased pixel phone on 30.11.2016, through flipkart. Around a week back, i was not able to hear any sound nor my voice is audible to the receiver during a phone call. I even tried to record a video, where in i have noticed that the sound was not getting recorded. Then i visited the authorised service centre, tvs electronics at basavangudi bangalore. Then i was informed that the internal microphone and earpiece were faulty and the...

There were several unauthorised transactions on my citibank debit card towards google moonfrog, google services and google octo inc amounting in total to rs. 12485/-
All these transactions took place without generation of otp which makes citibank equally responsible.
I want my full refund immediately (I'm not interested in temporary credit). If citibank is not able to provide strong firewall / security systems of it's customers' safety, they are the responsible party for such fraudulent transactions.

Payments are shown as successful at senders end and money is not credited to my account. Please look into this and resolve asap. It has been 10 days since this transaction happened.

I have a google pixel 2xl which was purchased from usa with a worldwide warranty. It has a screen defect so i contacted google about it, they refused to provide a replacement unit as they said the phone was purchased out of india. But they gave me an alternative which was to contact b2x, their official service partner in india, which i did. The field service technician came to my house, collected my phone, and i repeatedly told him that the phone was purchased out of india. He took the phone, submitted to b2x and now it has been 20 days that my phone id with b2x without repair.
They say they can't fix the phone as it has not been purchased from india. Then why did they even take it?!

My google pixel phone was purchased from flipkart on november 1st, 2016.
I was working abroad after that and the phone's microphone failed by may 2016. After searching online, it became known to me that this phone has been declared defective by the vp of product management at google.
I informed their customer service department that i need mine replaced or fixed and they assured me this would be done. After i had the phone brought back to india, i was at the edge of the warranty and the authorized service center refused to support me because i did not have the receipt with me. They arbitrarily used the manufacturer date of the phone for the warranty which is august 2016. The phone was not even released in india until october 26th so i don't know how they can back date my warranty?

A new lawsuit in america has revealed that google knew these phones were defective right after they were released and they continued to knowingly sell the phones. The replacement phones that are being given to customers when they file a complaint are also defective and often times have to be replaced 2-3 times.

These google pixel phones are poorly engineered and indians deserve better treatment from this multi-national corporation.

Hi this is devi. I got google pixel phone last 2016 december and my warranty got over a month before. Meanwhile i have changed my mother board twice and display twice. Now i'm facing so many issues. My phone is hanging and it's s getting switched off often and there is a beep sound coming before switching off. This s happening for every 5 mins once if i use continuously. What is using of paying so much to get this phone. I have all records and trusting google products are my mistake. I contacted customer support thrice and there s no use. Today when i tried calling customer support it automatically gets switched off and i'm helpless to contact them. Very disappointed with google pixel model. Waste of money.

Amount against following upi transactions is not credited to beneficiary's bank account.
Payer's bank account statement is showing 'payment successfuill' and money deducted but benificiary's bank (Iob birati branch) unable to find ant trace of that money.
Tez app also showing 'transaction successfull' and relactent to do anything.
What we should do? Is there any body to help me in this issue?

On feb-6-2018 i've sent rs.12000 to my friend's account. The money got debited from my bank's account but it wasn't credited into the beneficiary account as well as in his tez's account. Since, it's a huge amount i can't pay my tolerance towards waiting for more than a day.
Kindly take necessary action or else i will have to approach consumer forum /court and sue this app to close it immediately.

Sushil kumar nayak, sunabeda, koraput, odisha, india about to complain against google young joy that on 22nd. Jan-2018 at about 15:52 hour an unauthorized charges done from your side from my credit card through a purchase which i had not done any purchase. A worth of rs 6471.19 deducted from my state bank of india account having no [protected]. So do the needful for the recovery for the deduction amount from my account.

My friend transferred 5026 amount on dated : 02/02/2018 for paying of rent and same has been debited in my friends account and not credited into my account. The status in my friend's account is showing the payment failed to my transaction. So please guide how many days will it take to process the transaction. I. E., amount to credit into my account.

I am not happy with g-mail because each and every month end i am unable to receive my emails, what is also frustrating me is that due to this new upgraded g-mail i have lost a lot of my important documents including my photos. Gmail suppose to protect our information and also come with emikable solution to this because its been morethan a year now, where i complain about the same problem i was hoping that by now your company will have find a solution to this problem. Instead i only receive message once updating me that my complaints will be attended to then after i will be in dark city because i'm not getting more updates. As we speak i can't sign in to my account only god knows if who is using my account. Lastly i don't want to receive all these adverts that appear before signing in because i am not expecting them to be in gmail it can happen that they contained spam or criminal activities e. G cyber crimes etc. I will have no opinion but to request my attorney to institute civil claim against g-mail... There after i will draft a petition where all aggrieved g-mail users so that we can lodge a collective complaints... I will further make the whole world media houses aware of our complaints and this won't have good end results because it will dent your company image because we will soon boycott gmail if our problems are not resloved.
