I am rohan kumar satapathy having account no [protected] in obc bank, and phone number [protected], transferred an amount of rs. 501 yesterday at 10.34 am, through tez app with google transaction id: cicagid8q5fzja and upi transaction id:[protected], money have been deducted since yesterday, its been 24 hours but money didn't reach the receiver. I am attaching the screenshots of transaction... Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

    I've been credited rs.100 via tez by my friend today evening. I got the amount credited into my account but within a span of a minute i've got message that your account was debited through upi for credit reversal transaction.!
    How could that happen?
    No one from tez side is responding!
    Who will give me my amount back?
    Even the person who sent me didn't get them credited back into his account?
    Isn't it a problem if i transfer more amount using this app and that gets reversed too?

      I have make a payment via google tez app my money is debited from my account but not credited to benificiery account. This was happens a twice at 25 sep, 2017 and one more time on 08 oct, 2017. Please see this issue so that my account is credited. I wait for so much time but still not get refund.

            Rs 700 have been deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed and beneficiary has not received the money yet.

              I have purchased 2 google pixels on november 8th 2016 and since 3 months i am trying to contact google support raising my issues and problems and since then till date my issue has never been addressed or solved. After almost 50 calls to google support and after repeating the same problem to a new person everytime for a thousand times now my phone was finally taken to service centre without any back up device to use and was promised to be delivered back in 2-3 days at the most and its been 15 days now and again all these 15 days i had been calling them everyday and again talking to a new person telling them the history all over again and yet they fail to address and issue and just comment these are google terms and conditions. First they promised to change mother board of pixel since it was behaving like drunkard sometimes switching off at 80% battery and sometimes device stating overheating problems and all other times calls not being connected or received by the device and after keeping the phone with them for over 2 weeks now they refuse to change motherboard saying they dont see any problem and if problem reoccurs then i will have to pay thirty thousand rupess i. E 470$ to replace it since they claim the warranty becomes void only because they want to charge it since i just have 2 weeks before my warranty term is finished. Google is a cheat. I have been raising my issue for over 4 months now and now after my warranty term is so near they are just refusing to solve the problem prolonging it so they can make money out of it. Its such a shame. Customer is being harrassed everytime. I purchased 2 phones and both behave the same way and there is no customer support whatsoever. So who ever is reading this please dont waste your money on this company as neither the product works nor do they help their customers and being a mnc i think this type of corporate governance will take them no where!!               I have the same problem with this phone! Did you get your problem sorted out?
              They will not give me any help and instead send me to HTC Service Center where they want 22, 000 INR to fix the phone. How can we pay to repair a phone their own company has declared defective?

              In America, they are being sued by their customers and are finally starting to do free repairs for some people.
              They are taking advantage of their situation in India and are not doing anything to help the situation.

                Made a transaction to my friend via Tez app . The money got deducted from my account but the trasaction got failed. Money has not been received by the beneficiary. Upi Trasaction id is[protected]

                          Gmail apparently does not monitor the creation of email addresses. There is an entire world of scammers out there that are creating email addresses and sending out demand letters threatening prosecution and arrest. Gmail, or google, should have a program to find the scammers and their address and then stop them from doing this kind of thing. How hard would it be to run a program looking for terms like cash, or loan, or police, not hard.

                          It’s gotten to the point that if people see gmail.com as email address, it’s almost funny. I know that gmail and google try to help people communicate. They need to be responsible internet providers.

                                      The tez app by google transferred ₹51 into my bank account on 10th october 2017 but the money is still not credited to my account.
                                      The app is showing it under processing for more than 8 days, even after 8 working days the money is not credited to my sbi account.
