    I am using Gmail services since 2009 and I since then I have this my email id account with nilam.[protected]@gmail.com address.

    1st Issue :

    In August - December 2020, my account was hacked and it redirected me to some numerice email id at that time. Even got one phishing email which had fake QR code and mailer asked me to scan that QR code with mobile camera.

    But email format was exactly same like gmail's email format so I couldn't realize that fraud or scam email.

    Somehow with the help of imessages I had shared earlier email copies which proved that email id account belongs to me.
    Now the situation is I had turned on 2FA step verification authentication on, on my old mobile device but due to damage of old mobile device, now I am not able to recover my email id account.
    My both the android mobile devices got shut down due to different reasons where I was logged in to recovery email account, but 2nd android device making was outdated and it’s battery charging stopped accidentally.
    My all-other work which is dependent on this email id will be stopped if I don't get access back to my email id accounts - nilam.[protected]@gmail.com & neelam.[protected]@gmail.com. Please help me with at-least password reset link, right now I doubt I am getting redirected to forged or phishing pages which really looks like gmail servicing page, but in actual it's not!
    I tried all the possible ways to recovery but unfortunately my both android device got shut with the different reasons.

    1. On authentication verification page it's asking me to send recovery code on same email id account name for which I am asking for.

    2. Email id formats looks different on the same page.

    3. It's not showing up number verification page which is being sent on mobile device screen for verification.

    4. It's not auto detecting new device login as my old mobile device is damaged and it's not in working condition right now.

    Please help me with this asap, I am facing too many losses due to this. I have attached proofs of my email id accounts too.

    2nd Issue : My account was consistently got hacked earlier 6 times and I never realized it until I didn't got to see McAfee's antivirus report.

    I also want to get my account access back with those vulnerabilities patched.

      On 7th April 2021, we sent 10, 000 to the beneficiary 'Lucky Lehar' on his account number [protected] with beneficiary name as Ankur vij on his gpay number which is [protected]. However, beneficiary didn't receive the money. I have checked his bank statement myself, but he didn't receive. Kindly help in settling the issue.

        Hi myself Ayushi - I am using Gpay with my contact no. [protected], I had done transaction to myntra on 14th April 2022 for 1112 rupees . The transactions is showing successful in my account but the amount is not showing in merchants statement and now he is denied to give me my product for that I have already made successful transaction.

        Kindly look into it as merchant is showing his statement and there is no entry of my 1112 Rupees amount

          Hello concern department,

          in Bengaluru many office or shops shows as wrongly as " Temporarily closed " but these office Or shops are open and they are running business, however when we checked in google maps it's shows as "Temporarily closed "

          Please check and correct these issue.

            I made payment through Google Pay on 18.02.2022 for Rs.276 on swiggy ([protected]@axisbank). During transaction money debited from my sbi acount but transaction was incomplete and I did not get refund. Google pay transaction ID: CICAgOCF89v7dA. I contacted Google Pay and they said that they cannot help and I have to contact bank. Then I contacted bank and they said that Google Pay is not their app so they cannot help. Hence, I requesting you to resolve my issue and help me to get refund.

              Hi,

              I paid 500 rs from my google pay in bank transfer mode. The money is debited from my account and not credited to recipient account. I've raised a ticket and they told me to submit both sender and recipient bank statement. I did the same and then they told me to wait for 7 working days. After 7 days I've contacted them again and they again asked me to do the same like submit the bank statement and wait for 7 days. It had been repeated three times...It has been 6 months still I haven't got my money back.The customer support is the worst thing I've ever experienced and I lost my 500rs.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Payment Services

                The issue that I have experienced was: I have google pay account to Mobile no. [protected]. But the same mobile no. show another google pay account registered with name Naresh general store. Tha all transaction amount credits to this account so I faced lose. Please resolve query and trace the another account how same no. Resisted to Naresh general store.

                It occurred on:[protected]

                This meant that Someone made transaction by my mobile no. through google pay but amount is not credited to my account ([protected]) .

                A refund because I am already facing financial issues.

                    On 28th March 2022 (Chaitali n) transfer Rs. 3, 150 + 2, 000 = 5, 150 to me through Google pay for business and shown on google that Amount already settled and transfered to my Indian bank but till now that amount not reflected to my Indian bank account after 3 working days.                                 Google play Transition id-GPA.[protected]. With Email id - [protected]@gmail.com and Transaction ID -GPA.[protected] with email id- [protected]@gmail.com both the transaction status are cancelled and refunded more than year ...but received amount in my account till yet ..bank employee says that they not received any refunded amount from Google ...and Google Customer support very they not even replying my mails ...Very disappointing Customer support

                                  Date of fraud google pay transaction is 1 march 2022 at 12:21 pm . i have received a call on my google pay registered number from an unknown number [protected] . he said he is my fathers friend and wanted to send some payment of rs. 10000 rs. he made me to open my google pay app and tell me this is new process and this way you will receive money .i resisted him that why he is using such a complicated process, he replied that he will get a cashback after this payment .after such a discussion i told him to send money simply but he somehow pushed me into his talks and pressurised me and made me enter UPI . this way i lost the money. after this he again asked me to enter 25000 rs. but i saw the amount from my account got deducted so i cut the call and asked my father about this man, he was shocked and we immediately went to police station and report cyber FIR and reported the bank about this incident and submitted a copy of cyber FIR and also reported the transaction to google pay customer care cell within 24 hours of the incident. i hope you would take a strict measure of the incident and do the needful . i only want my fathers hard earned money back as we are a middle class family and such amount of rs. 10000 matter for us. we have all the faith in the system and hope for the immediate action for the same.

                                      I was opening linkedin in my app on my mobile. I saw a message from linkedin of an offer that i can use their service for free for a one month period and if i dont like it, i can cancel for free before a month. It further said i can explore more plans. So i took a step further and explored all the plans and then i decided that the one i was offered was fine. So i went back and clicked on and on payment page, it showed me the amount and googe play payment details with my card details already stored. Since my payment details were stored i went with the payment thinking its just faciliting my payment. But actually it turned out, it tricked me into buying a similar product which didn't have any trial period and amount was debited right away from my account

                                      This is not expected of google and it seems fraud. I want my money back and not charged by tricking me into

                                        I am waiting for solution, but not receive any positive response yet.
                                        I request to please resolve this issue on priority otherwise I log on this complaint on RBI CMS portal.
                                        My payment is struck from last month. My payment is not credited in my bank account and sender send payment and debited from his account .this problem creat in 3 transaction and payment amount is 15000 .. till I am waiting for the amount .I complained in google pay because this all transactions done through Google pay .I complain Google pay 500 times but no response or not any proper answer they given to me ..pls help me ..
