Google shopping showed up result for a fraud company Bellerose.in.

Google should have verified the credentials of the company and not publish link for shopping and leading the consumer to make payment.

Why my account have been flagged as risky one. Give the reason?

I made a payment of Rs 40, 000/- via Gpay UPI QR code scanning on 10th Dec 2021 at 04:18 pm to SBI Collect for IIIT Kota Admission fees. Amount was deducted immediately from my attached PNB A/c and the purchased was confirmed by Gpay (UPI Trans ID[protected], Google transaction ID CICAgOC-zrPOGg), but in SBI Collect it was showing a pending status, then after 1 hr it showed a failure status. After one day SBI Collect is showing a Refund Status till 18 Dec 2021, 11:35 AM (SBI Collect Ref No. DUI2125866). But, 7 days have been passed still i didn't received back rs. 40, 000/- in my PNB Account through GPay.
I had contacted to PNB, SBI & GPay but no one is responding in a positive way. PNB Customer care says that that we are unable to fetch your account details as your account number and customer id is not matching from our system and contact us after 24 hrs but still same issue. SBI customer care person is saying that you should contact to GPay as they will receive the Refunded amount. Shall i have to register this as a fraud case to Court for further action since its a huge amount for me?
Plz, refund Rs. 40, 000/- ASAP with a positive reply. 2 Screenshot has been attached below for your reference.

I have been flagged as risky by Google pay while receiving money from my customers. I haven't been communicated with in any way regarding this. This in completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I want this issue resolved asap.

I recharged my mom jio phone with 100 rs top up.its deducted from bank.but recharge not done.

I have made payment of sum 30035.40 using google pay from my Paytm savings account for NPS Tier-1 contribution using billdesk mode which promoted in NPS app for Tier-1 contribution /Payment
The payment was debited from my account, but not reflected in NPS account.
Payment was marked as XBCMFNPS.
