Google India / Tez — Credit card bill paid was not reflect in credit card account statement

Hi,
i Paid my Icici Credit card bill with Google pay app. shown Transaction successful but amount was not reflect on my credit card, i also shared the particular monthly credit card bill statements with customer care team but issue did not resolved yet.
