Google India / Tez — Customer service & Transfer issue | |||
My issue has been open since 18 Aug 2021 but Google pay is unable to solve my transfer issue since 18 Aug 2021. Every time I talk to one new executive agent in customer support services and they always told me sir we'll escalating your issue to the higher authority and I didn't receive any kind of satisfaction msg or resolution regarding my payment issue and when I'm talking to devender the executive of Google pay they disconnected my call when I said to him please connect me your supervisor they are not connect me with his supervisor and they disconnected my call. They said I'm afraid to connect you with my supervisor because supervisor is not available right now but when last time when I call in Google pay since 1½ week ago the executive of Google pay his name is shekhar they connect me with his supervisor. The supervisor name is Mr. Adnan they said I'm raising your issue once again and it'll be solve as soon as possible. Now today is 10 sep 2021 my issue is still not resolved and I need a strict action on Google pay and the last executive of the Google pay his name is Devender. Was this information helpful? | |||
