Google India / Tez — delay in transaction

I am highly disappointed with your service. I transferred money to another account for the treatment of my mother who is admitted to hospital and it is an emergency case i guess, if not for you because you are not going to pay the bills. But the transaction is still under process and the instructions are like wait for 5 days. I mean should i wait for my mother to die for long 5 days? Are you really kidding? Like i can't believe that at present also we have to wait for transactions for 5days or a week. Will you please do something to my case? Will you? Make some quick action as soon as possible to save a life.
