Google India / Tez — electricity bill payment failed but amount not yet refunded | |||||
Hi, i had made an electricity bill payment on 31 aug 2018 for an amount of 570/- which got failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I did wait for 2 days but didn't get any response. Later i raised a dispute and the dispute was settled by 10 sep. But since then i haven't received my money back. I have already asked for feedback many times from google pay but i haven't received any response. I have verified my bank account and i see that the amount is not yet credited. Request you to kindly look into it and revert my amount back of rs. 570/. Was this information helpful? | |||||
