I am using Google pay from last 2 years.
In the last 3 months my account is showing flagged as risky to others.
I called at customer care many times.
They ask me clear cache or reinstall app but nothing worked and they didn't even cared about it.
And I am so pissed off with this app.
If you can't resolve a single customer's issue in 3 months then you should shut your business down or terminate all your useless staff.
Even after calling 6 to 7 times in Google pay still my issue is not resolved in 3 months.
Sometimes they say we will send you an email you should attach a screenshot of flagged matter from another person's phone, those people don't even know that their own organization don't give an option to take screenshot in the app.
And even if i take pictures and than attach it to the mail, i need a mail for it, and those executives never send this mail In which i have to attach the picture even if they have said you will get the mail in less than 5 minutes.
