Google India / Tez — Google Pay Amount got debited from my account but not credited into merchant account

I am Shivendra Mishra and made a payment of Rs 5000 to OM Enterprises via Google Pay, on 28/09/2021.
Transaction ID[protected].
Money was debited from my SBI account, but not credit to merchant account.

Google Transaction ID- CICAgOCa9vixQg.
I want my money back.
I have tried everywhere, but no one resolved my issue.
Kindly, do the needful asap.
