Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, i have transferred Rs. 580 two time at wine shop owner ([protected]@ybl) on date 7th July 2019. but that time same amount was not transferred to him.

after 4 to 5 days same amount has been transferred to him.
i am following with this guy to refund my amount but he is not picking up my calls.

i have attached transaction details.

Request you to please resolve this issue and please help to refund my amount.
