Google India / Tez — google pay money debited from account and paid but the receiver party did not received

Last week i have transferred amount to my colleague, transaction through google pay and the upi id is [protected] and google transcation id cicagkdstpivlq the amount was 825 and it showed status of paid to the party but they did'nt placed my order but when i complained them they are saying that they did'nt receive any money for the order and i also send a feedback to google pay for that particular transaction but they haven't taken any step. I need my money back as soon as possible.
