Google India / Tez — google pay payment issue for goibibo hotel booking

Hello team - i made a payment using my google pay account for goibibo dated 24th nov, 2019

Below are the details

The amount was deducted from my account number

I have already raised a complaint at the goibibo app but the case is still under review. They claim about not receiving the payments. Can you please look into this and help me asap?

Since it was through googlepay, i'd like to request you to please resolve this issue asap. Bank has asked me to contact google pay
