Google India / Tez — Google Play deducted money from my bank for cancelled trial and not refunding money

I have cancelled the 3 day free trial on first day itself
but after 3rd day i was charged for 1 month of the subscription!
I have submitted my request for unauthorised claims but google has rejected and asked me to reach out to my bank !
They are straight away stealing money from indian customers!
On my playstore there is no active subscription as i have cancelled the trial
but google has charged me and not refunding money!
There is no subscription in playstore and is showing cancelled
but these scammers are not giving my money back!
even in the app there is no subscription active!
how can they charge ???
