Google India / Tez — I am complaining about Junk Google Authenticator app & No customers grievance hotline, | |||
Google Authenticator app from Google is a junk app, this is because the highly important task which it is used for is, not that much promising. I was using Google Authenticator app, my phone gone dead and due to loss of Google Authenticator app I am facing serious loss as I am unable to login in many many useful apps. Google must pay towards our losses or it can develop similar recovery method as "Trust Wallet" uses by backing up security details by associating email id with it. Really in serious deep deep loss, just because I trusted Google Authenticator more than Microsoft Authenticator & other similar authenticators. Was this information helpful? | |||
