Google India / Tez — i paid 2650 rs to someone and he did not got the money i raised issue but i don't got my money back

I payed 2650 rs through google pe and it failed now i raised issue after 5 days and money is still not credited in my bank after raising issue i am getting this msg “hi! Your query with reference id [protected] pertaining to transaction id null has been raised successfully.” when will i get my money back and how many more days i have to wait to get my money back
