Google India / Tez — made upi pmt to sun network dth of 230, but amt not credited to sun network

I am attaching screenshot of pmt made to sun network dth recharge on March 7 of 230 rs. The 230 is not credited to sun network when I contacted them and my Sun network Dth was not recharged. I raised dispute in Google pay app and there is no response till now. It's more than 1.5 month and my money is lost.
