Google India / Tez — Mobile phone

I bought a mobile from Google pixel company on 14th december ...and I got a defected piece so than I complaint about mobile to pixel Service center on 24th December... I had told that I should restart my phone but this idea isn't working... Than I registered another complaint but no response than I again register my complaint than my mobile phone was picked Up by b2x authorised partner of pixel... After that they said that your mobile is all okay so I get it back but what I saw that phone is again causing the same problem so I recorded some proof and I send them to google pixel company than they said that you mobile will be replaced but when I send my mobile I was informed that your mobile all okay but they didn't replaced it after confirmation email and seeing proof... They said that replace policy work only if I complaint within 14 day but I informed them just after 10 day about the issue... Please look into the matter... Thank you
