Google India / Tez — Mobile recharge failed and balance not credited return

At 9th Jan 2021 i was tried to recharge my [protected]@[protected], and but it failed and my amount debited from my googlepay account. and i complaints two times to consumer care, and they said more 3 days more 10 days, , they just entertaining with me. please do needful to me please
