Google India / Tez — money debited but not credited in beneficiary account

Please refer the attach picture i was sending 4000 rs to my friend on 12/10/2018 money was debited from my bank account but not credited to my friend account.. And u saw status till now there is a processing i want to know why process is complete and my money was return. To me???

I am not satisfy with your service because my money block from last 4 day and i don't know when it is relive???
